With over 20 years of courtroom experience, Perry de Marco Jr. is revered as a tenacious, results-oriented attorney by both clients and peers, and has received both a Super Lawyers designation, as well as being named a ‘Rising Star’. He is known for his successes handling criminal cases from white collar crimes, to DUIs, to homicides. Growing up in a family of prominent Philadelphia attorneys, Perry de Marco Jr. learned the art of cross examination at a very early age. Driven to become an attorney himself, Perry de Marco Jr. attended some of the region’s top schools, including Villanova University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Psychology. He continued his studies at the Widener University School of Law (now called Delaware Law School) while learning to manage a law firm. After working in legal services since 1999, he passed the Pennsylvania Bar Exam in 2003.
Perry de Marco Jr. is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in the Federal Court system. In addition to Philadelphia, he has a strong presence in all of the surrounding counties as well as magisterial district courts and will travel to any area in Pennsylvania.
